So what's the difference between NDIS registration auspice and NDIS brokerage?

Many NDIS registered businesses offer other NDIS businesses access to their registration through brokerage, usually as a way for non-registered providers to get paid. These brokerage arrangements are rarely free, easy or reliable. Providers offering brokerage have historically charged other non-registered providers anywhere from 10% to a whopping 60% of their billed totals for the convenience of that brokerage arrangement, often with little other benefits. 

The risk that your participants may also be contacted without your knowledge to be poached or risk being 'kept' by another service that may have offered brokerage with seemingly good intentions, but swayed by the convenience of you bringing participants to them for services you intended to provide. 


Clarity Connect Group does not offer participant services or contact participants, as we do not offer any direct services at all. Our business is set up solely to support other NDIS businesses in the course of you and/or your company providing services.
